Non-Profits Lady Rager Supported in 2025

Mary's Place is a nonprofit organization based in Seattle. Concerned about the rising number of homeless women and children in Seattle, a group of women created it in 1999. Their mission is to empower homeless women, children, and families to reclaim their lives by providing shelter, nourishment, resources, healing, and hope in a safe community.
Lady Rager's heart and soul are rooted in giving back. Pediatric Brain Tumor research fund was Lady Rager's first donation focus. Two families in our community have children who were diagnosed with brain cancer. Both children remain cancer free but pediatric brain cancer continues to be underfunded and underserved. Our donations help support the mission of the pediatric brain tumor research which is to "eradicate pediatric brain tumors and cancers with less toxic treatments, minimal side effects and 100% survival rate." 100% of contributions made to this organization go directly to Seattle Children's.
Let's make sure we take care of where we live and its people. The West Seattle eagles are actively part of helping our community. In 2021 they were awarded non-profit of the year. As members, we've gained insight into how much they do for our community. They are big philanthropists for all types of organizations by holding charity fundraising events with 100% raised going back to those charities. During COVID, they served over 16,000 free meals to the community. And oftentimes, it's even the small acts like offering up their event room for high school award ceremonies.

You may be busy on Lady Rager night and sadly can’t dance the night away with us, but you can still support your community.
